Lee Li Chuan is a second-generation Registered Surveyor and Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience in Singapore’s surveying and construction industry. He holds a Civil Engineering degree and a Master’s in Land Surveying from the University of London.

Lee Li Chuan has led major national projects, including cadastral surveys, precise leveling, GPS surveys, and tunneling support, combining technical expertise with hands-on project management.
